What currency are the prices I see on the site?

where is my order sent from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse here in Greater Manchester, UK

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We ship all orders within 1-2 working day (Monday-Friday), if you order on the weekend your order will be sent out on the Monday. We don't ship on bank holidays, Christmas eve, Christmas day, New Years eve & New Years day. 

Order placed, when will I receive a tracking email update?

As soon as your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking update email, this is withing 10 minutes normally. 
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We offer a money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 14 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please leave a note with your name and order number inside the parcel so we can refund you correctly and to save any delays from occurring. 

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please email us to get a refund. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

 Incorrect Address Submissions

If you have misspelled or auto-filled an incorrect delivery address when placing your order, please reply directly to your order confirmation email or contact us at odgermenscare@gmail.com as soon as possible.

We can update your delivery address within 24 hours of the order being placed.

After this period, your order may already have been processed or dispatched, and unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund or resend the order if the address provided was incorrect.

Please always double-check your address details before completing your purchase.

How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders from our warehouse here in the UK, Greater Manchester. All UK orders can take anywhere from 1-4 working days depending on what delivery service you have picked. All international orders can taking anywhere from 7-12 working days.
