What currency are the prices I see on the site?
All prices are in GBP.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We ship all orders within 1-2 working day(Monday-Friday), if you order on the weekend your order will be sent out on the Monday. We don't ship on bank holidays, Christmas eve, Christmas day & New Years day. 

Order placed, when will I receive a tracking email update?

As soon as your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking update email, this is withing 10 minutes normally. 
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We offer a money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please leave a note with your name and order number inside the parcel so we can refund you correctly and to save any delays from occurring. 

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please email us to get a refund. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at odgermenscare@gmail.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
We ship all orders from our warehouse here in the UK, Greater Manchester. All UK orders can take anywhere from 1-4 working days depending on what delivery service you have picked. All international orders can taking anywhere from 3-14 working days.
